Ceekay, this looks all too familiar to me. My dad was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphcytic Leukemia about a month ago. It's pretty advanced but not Stage 4 thank goodness. He has had one round of chemo so far. He's feeling great! We are so thankful.
Can you pick the cap colors on those vials, that'd be rather like decorating, right?!?! I'm joining you with gladness that you don't have to be needle pricked every time!
So sorry that the vampires are taking your blood but hopefully they will use the results to make you feel better. My boys are coming home from sleepaway camp today. They've been away for a whole month so I will have a nerve-wracking day until their flight lands and then I'll be so happy!
Amen...ports are very good when they're doing that kind of stuff to ya. Hang in there and keep trusting The One Who makes the difference. I'm having a very quiet afternoon at home, but I'm thinking that I would like to kidnap my husband for a picnic at another lake so I can practice more pictures. Saying a prayer for your continued good spirits and for your body to start cooperating.
I am so sorry that you have to go through this but as a RN we love ports and so do you! Hang in there you always have a terrific outlook which I have always admired about you. In my thoughts and prayers.
Oh goodness, I can't believe you have a drop left! Drink lots of fluids to make more and know you are in my prayers as I lay my head on my pillow at night!
Hi CeeKay, Saturday night we celebrated my brother's 52 birthday. He finds out this week what stage his cancer is at and how many rounds of chemo he'll be doing.... Hope you are getting lots of rest! Love your new jewelry!
