My Kitchen Antiques

This is for Shelia of Note Songs. She asked to see some of my antiques. So I cleaned and dusted so they would be presentable!

My mom's cook book and cookie cutter on the right...

My mini rolling pins....

This is a coffee grinder find today....it is from the Netherlands...Art Deco....we paid $10.00.  There were none exactly like it on Ebay...but I think it is definately worth more than that!  and we LOVE it!!

The wedding picture is my grandpa and grandma sitting, in their double wedding with my grandma's cousin.
See the button tree....that is from Shannon - Northern Girl with Southern Roots.  It is in a doorknob and from her daughter's wedding!
I have shown most of these items before....but never clustered together...I hope you enjoyed it!

Oh, Ceekay! I'm so honored you would do this for me! I love it! Look at all of your wonderful things! Those tins and such great shape! I love that pretty green scale, all of those sweet things of your mothers! Not to mention, you really know how to set up a vignette! I love everything. Thank you again for doing this and I did not see any dust at all! ;)
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

You have a wonderful collection of time loved pieces. I love the rolling pins and I have wanted an old scale forever (Sheila knows, I want hers!).

Taking pictures is the best incentive for cleaning up...I definitely know that!

Jane

I was scrolling down through your photos looking at all the neat items, many of which I recognized, John starts yelping,"Wait, wait a minute. That's the egg thing I've been telling you about." Well now I know!

You have some great pieces. Really love the egg measure device. I have been wanting one but they are so darn expensive. I think the coffee grinder is wonderful too!

I never saw those before. :P

Love all your cute stuff! :)

P.S. Just so everyone knows... Your house is pretty much SPOTLESS! So I'm not sure what your talking about "making presentable" :)

Hi Ceekay,
I decided, since I won't get to see my treasures for awhile as we are renovating the mobile, that I will come over and visit your treasures for my fix, lol... Your blog and you are so fun!

Thanks and blessings,

Love your antiques, and I love the way you've displayed them. Another great coffee grinder. Yes, I'm sure it's worth more than $10 - lucky you. I've always loved that rolling pin holder. laurie

Love seeing all your antiques in one place. You have some great pieces. I love antiques and vintage finds, usually limiting myself to finds at yardsales and a very rare splurge at an antique store. It's like a grownup treasure hunt!
