It's a Cloche Party!

Whoo hoo!  The cloche party hosted by Marty is finally here....this is a favorite event of mine.  So I will quickly show you my cloches and then I have to go.....there are LOTS of blog sites to visit and swoon over their creations.

My living room coffee table is ready for summer....and all my seashell collection.  I used apothecary jars, lanterns and cloches.  My husband collects lighthouses, so that is his contribution.  I love turtles, so one of them strayed into my lantern that is sitting on my shell wreath I made.  The little cameras are from the Dollar Tree years ago.
I have other cloches around our home....

 This one with baby items....
The little shoes were mine.  The spoon and bonnet are from estate sales.

I keep threatening to paint this ORB....but I still haven't!  There is an egg I decopaged...and flower seeds....

I just adore this cloche.  Right now it has a miniature pitcher in it....I think this is too cute, even if I say so myself!
I LOVE mini books.  I don't have many, but aren't they cute stacked up in this cloche?
That really is a mini Bible....

Thanks for visiting my blog and my cloches.  I love when you leave comments....my husband always asks about it!

Ok, see you in the blog neighborhood....cloche coveting...I know, I am just kidding!!! (maybe!)

This is my first visit to your blog. I noticed that you follow Ashley's Blog - I am just to Jazzed - and thought I would see actually if you had heard from her as she started a new Chemo Drug last week and has gone silent. I do not have cancer, but have a good friend who is battling cancer and another old friend that is being pretty quiet with a few updates as she was cancer free for 4 years. One is in and out of the hospital, in right now and not doing well. I did not know that this could go on so long. I do not want to write too much. I am glad that so many are writing and telling their story. I lost my Dad to Cancer but nothing like what you, Ashley, and my 2 friends are going through. I pray for a cure and meantime, wish you the best and will be back as I love sea shells and will be checking out your blogs and seeing how you are doing also. Nice to see decorating ideas as I change some of my own to what I really want. I realize you have another blog so will comment appropriately the next time.
Take care,
Darlene

Well, I thought that your seashells and lighthouse cloche's were my favorites, and then I saw that precious bonnet. That is absolutely adorable Ceekay! I think that's one of my favorites I've ever seen. I have an antique pair of leather baby shoes that belonged to my hubby's Grandpa. I might just have to steal your idea now...just have to find a bonnet!

Hugs,

Nancy

CeeKay, I just left a comment on someone else's cloche linky that I need to find some small books to use books in any of my cloches, and here you have provided a solution! I love that! I also see you have my new favorite ~ a wire cloche. I have got to find one of those to add to the mix!

Hi Ceekay!

Your coffee table vignette is beautiful and so summery. I love all the shells and it's great that you can display your husband's lighthouse. My husband doesn't collect anything except for old receipts... The glittered star fish are very pretty and I love the turtle. I can't believe you got the camera's from the dollar store...

The vintage baby cloche is amazing. I'm saving it to my idea file. I LOVE it! You're very lucky to have your baby shoes. It's so beautiful.

Your other cloches are equally as wonderful. The tiny bible is precious. Have a wonderful week!
