My Favorite Things

Anyone who really knows me knows that I would have a difficult time choosing my favorite things....they are all my favorites! I am joining Laurie for her wonderful meme, My Favorite Things so I thought I should start someplace....

She Loves Him....
He Loves Her!

These pictures of my husband and me when we were very young hang in our bedroom. The frames they are in were my mother's from her wedding portraits....
See that look on my face? My husband says he knows that look when I don't get what I want!!
That surely can't be true ...can it?
I cherish these and the frames. Although not perfect anymore, they are precious to me!
Just imagine....long before I even realized this picture was taken, the Lord already was preparing my husband for me....I just love that!

I was so happy to hear your markers were down - that is wonderful news. The rest will hopefully get better. Take care - naps and rest are good. Sally

Oh, Ceekay, those are just darling! I have pictures of my hubby and me too but I've never shared them. Imagine, God knew everything about us, before we even knew about us! Thanks for sharing and wishing you a delightful weekend.

Blessings,
Sandi

How sweet to have these photos hanging in your bedroom. I would have never though to put my own baby portraits in my room, but it really does make sense. I love that you stated it as the Lord was preparing your husband when you were just a mere babe. Very true and such a precious and sobering thought.

Once again I am tickled pink to have actually seen those darlings photos in person. And that you hung them where you told me you were thinking about.
I don't have nearly as many fun things around my house as you - but . . . we could have fun in my studio whenever you get over here! Oh yeah, together - you and me - we could have a GREAT time!
Mucho hugs!!!
Me.

It is special to have these of the two of you at about the same age and to have frames that match.
I liked what you said there about God's plan. I told my husband that for years. There are no coincidences. It took a while but now he believes it too. I'm so glad that God is in charge and not me.
Blessings,
Mama Bear

Now about that Michigan book of mine....it IS fabulous. I'd love to go to Detroit just to see the addresses of where all those places once were.

Love to you girlie.

How sweet your baby pictures are. I love that you have them hanging in your bedroom. I wanted to do that at one time, but I don't have one of my husband. His mom said since he was the last child there aren't as many pictures of him. :(
That is so funny what your husband said about the expression on your face.
