When my oncologist took me off of chemo a month ago, I decided to get ready for Christmas while I was feeling good! Shopping done, wrapping done, and decorations done!
This is just a few of my decorations.
I did the tree in gold and bronzes again this year. I think it is so pretty for a small tree.
This little bear is sitting on my childhood rocker. She sings Sleighbells ring!
I am absolutely gaga over my tree ribbon. Talk about the real meaning of Christmas!
My Valerie Parr Hill carolers. They are much more affordable for me than Byers. The little books are my caroling books from my youth!
This snowman is a candle....Now you know he is about 10 years old and I will never light him....
Or this precious mini candle. About 2 inches. My daughter gave him to me when she was a teenager.
Another favorite...chunky snowman!!
There is more, but little bit at a time....I am so glad to be ready....because I see the doctor for new treatment on Thursday!
Hope your decorating is going well. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Christmas!
Joyfully,
Ceekay

You have the best spirit. Love your decorations. So nice to have that out of the way. I hope your treatments do the job. Thinking of you and praying.
Ceekay, your tree is absolutely stunning! I had to zoom it in to full screen to drool over every detail and have gone back and scrolled through this post about 4 times so far...and that ribbon! oh! that was the first thing I noticed! wherever did you get it? I LOVE it. So elegant, it compliments your tree perfectly. The fact that you have your childhood rocker and caroling books is so special. And I love your green kitchen scale...I just purchased one exactly like that this fall except mine is cream and green. God Bless you in your healing and treatments. Warm Hugs,
