UG White

In Athens Alabama, there is a hardware/hunting store...but really, it is partially a museum.  We were in there quite a while.  And I treated Candy to some Sorgum candy....she loves that stuff....I took a taste.  Nope, I am NOT a fan!

Enjoy!!

Wow! Very interesting! I've never been there. Huntsville also has a "museum hardware store" I've never had that candy, but love the syrup on buttered biscuits!

Cool Ceekay. I love it all! Thanks for sharing it. I'd love you link it to SYC. I have a seed keep that I am using as an island in my basement. Gotta fill all of those bins. lol!

Wow what a flash back in time. I love it!! I love anything about the deep south. The life style is so laid back. Where we live is more of a tourist area, so its not as laid back as the deep southern states like Alabama.

Morning, Ceekay! Oh, what a store. I loved seeing all of the olden things and would love some more of that cast iron stuff!
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

That looks like a store/museum where one could spend a lot of time. One of those bikes looks like the one used by the postman in Larkrise to Candleford.

I could have FUN in there, CK! You have just given me a GREAT idea for a Patriotic display. I'm going to bring my bike, with the basket on it, to the deck & fill it with red/white & blue flowers & flags.

Thanks for the inspiration!!
Hugs,
Rett
