Grand and Roses! & a question??

I spent Saturday morning at my grandson's first Soccer game.  I am not quite sure he gets the full point of the game yet....but he had fun, and I was a proud grandma...screaming "get your ball R*****!"  "Kick it!"

Today hubby and I spent the day working on the MH.  It is getting there.  I will share some more pictures later this week....
but I did get some roses on MY rose bushes!!

My husband got a chuckle that I found a vase and made a vignette.  Tabletop Tuesday...here I come!

and I have a question....

Have any of you noticed a significant drop in your stats?  I do check mine a couple times a week and the last week or so, they have drop by like 2/3s.  I haven't changed anything so I was wondering if any of you up to everything bloggers know what is happening...

So I will be joining some parties....Tabletop Tuesday at Marty's...and Fresh
Cut Flower Friday at Liz's.

Please stop and say hi...yes, I admit...I am needy that way!!!

CK, I love your roses and your vignette is just wonderful. How fun is that. Sounds like fun at your grandson's game too. Hugs, Marty

I have noticed a drop, I just think my posts have gotten boring maybe. I need a house project. I have played a few parties too. Love the roses.

I had the same thing happen, but when hubby "ping"ed my Feedburner, things returned to normal. Don't know if this will help you but hope so! Hugs ~ Mary

At our house, we call beginner soccer "Herd Ball"...so cute to watch! Your grand is adorable; I miss mine so much since they moves across the country! I'm not actively blogging right now, so haven't paid any attention to the stats, but blogger is always having some issue or another! Beautiful roses!!

Oh, great! Roses for you. I am so glad. I am not an "up to everything" blogger but, yes I have noticed a big drop in viewers, too.

Ceekay, my stats have dropped as well.
I get frustrated because I am faithful in visiting peoples blogs, but I get few return visits or comments. I do get emails when I leave a comment on other people's blogs.
I am happy that your MH is coming along good. You deserve good things my friend.

Hi CeeKay- I guess I don't check stats but I probably should. I have noticed that comments, etc. are down. I am also finding that part of my comments don't show up on my email and I have to backtrack if I want to leave someone a thank you message.

Love that you are doing a little vignette even in your upheaval. Can't wait to see more of the MH! xo Diana

I've been absent and neglectful of my favorite bloggers recently...I was trying to finish up some sewing projects, working on club "stuff", watching BBC Detective series plural and reading, reading....lots of good books.
Your roses are so pretty...I don't blame you for putting them in a vignette.

I think it's great to be able to attend our grandchildren's activities. It's just extra-special bonding!

Now why would your hubby be surprised that you would cut some roses & make a vignette? Men just don't get it -- we women have to create some semblance of peace & tranquility in the midst of chaos! Isn't that right?

Hi CeeKay! Yes! Visits are down. i have noticed this in the spring before. People get active again with other stuff. I have been posting less in the nice weather too. I think that veteran bloggers get less attention too. The new kid on the block gets noticed. It's all changing. I get emails instead of comments now in answer to comments. Oh well, we just blog on. My little grandgirls do soccer too. They haven't a clue. I think it's all about fresh air and sunshine! Love your roses! Mine are far from bloom. Happy Easter!

Such beautiful roses! I haven't checked my stats in a while. I usually go by comments anyway. I've noticed that things have slowed down a bit in blogland since it's Spring break most places though.

Hi Ceekay,
What a lovely vignette. The roses are so beautiful. I used to care about my stats but not any longer. I'm now just blogging away and hope that those who visit really want to! Ya know? I used to think I was doing something wrong and I was..I was trying too hard to be liked. Your GS is so cute. A good sport I bet! Happy easter,
Shirley

Weird... I left a message last night....but now it is gone..:( Maybe it never took? ANY way...

That is a darling picture of g-son. I bet you all had a marvelous day! I love it that you had your roses for a blog post! :) They are so pretty this look like store bought.

I had noticed the same drop in numbers...but I thought it had some thing to do with all the changes that blogger was making...I thought maybe they were counting differently now...??? I don't know though.

Thanks for sharing your fun post for Fresh-Cut Friday! :) I'm so glad you did! I hope you have a Blessed Easter weekend.

What a good looking young man that is. Our grands all play soccer too, and the youngest teams are the most fun to watch! You're right, they don't usually know what they're doing, but they sure have fun doing it. Those roses look like they came from the florist. Beautiful! I forget to check my stats. I do think since I put the thingy on my blog about getting posts by email, I have fewer visitors. I know I have fewer comments, but then, I only post about once a week and it's usually not much worth commenting about. I'm just glad I don't have advertisers. I'd have to worry about stats if I did. Don't work too hard accomplishing your move. I can't wait to see the new place. laurie

Hope your Easter was wonderful. I'm already missing my Cali homeland now that I'm back in Oklahoma.

Love your roses sweet friend~

I have enjoyed reading your blog. Could the low count be because of people.e using RSS feeds?
