You know we had to Do Tea!

On the way home from Lancaster, we went to Abigails Tea Room.

She had a gorgeous stained glass window in the entry.

It is very Victorian....

I loved this lampshade and I inspected it, and it was made like that....

My soup was served in a tea cup.  Haven't seen that before!

Here are the items to eat....very good!

More of the beautiful home....

I loved, loved this clock.  It was a clock on 3 sides....

Isn't it gorgeous!

Hi Ceekay, What a wonderful place to visit! WE have a tea room a few towns away that hold luncheons and high teas. It was very fun, but I ended up getting gluten in my gluten free muffin and got so sick.
Thanks for sharing.
Hugs, Noreen

That looks like fun! We had a little tea room in Edmond, OK when I lived there that served the soup in a tea cup. Also, with each plate served a little Bible verse was included. It was so sweet.

This is a wonderful place you chose, Ceekay (not partial at all although my daughter is named Abigail!). How elegant everything looks! I've never had tea anywhere but someday!

Oh what a treat to have tea and all those sweets! They brought that little service tiered platter to the table like that... was that for all of you, or one per person? Lots of sweets.
...and eye candy too! looks like a lovely place.

A friend and I love to go to a local tea room to eat. We don't go real often so that we'll never tire of it.
Now, I am going to call her and tell her this coming week is TIME TO GO.
Your tea room is very pretty.

What a gorgeous tea room! It is my favorite ladies lunch, the decor is a part of the meal. Just makes you happy and feel pampered. Great clock!

Well, I do recall that we had tomato basil soup in blue and white tea cups at my house for lunch one crafting day. :)

I would have loved this!
