We have been busy fixing up our little "cabin". Tomorrow I have chemo, and Wednesday.....
this will be me!!
I am heading off for some girlfriend time.....keeping hubby to hold down the fort and take care of my Bentley Boy!
First, I will be heading to South Carolina to visit my life long girlfriend, Rose. We are going to Dollywood!!
Then off to Pennsylvania....to visit Sweet Meanderings - Candy. We are going to Lancaster and Hershey (hope my pants fit when I leave!!)....and then to Ellis Island. I know, I will definately cry when I see the Statue of Liberty!
So, don't forget about me. If you get a chance please keep me in your prayers. You all know flying is not my fav.....and honestly, I have been struggling physically....This may be my last big adventure by myself.
Talk to you when I return.....don't take me off your bloglists.....I am coming back!!

That sounds like such a great trip! I guess I missed something- so sorry you're going through chemo treatments. I love PA- I've been to Hershey a while back- the chocolate candy us definitely fresh! Anything in the Lancaster region is great! I have yet to be to NY on Ellis Island, but I sure want to go there too! Have a good flight and enjoy yourself to the max!
Oh my word, I am so far behind. I love your new place in Payson, how fabulous is that. Now you can really get out of the heat. Sounds like such a fun trip too. I can't wait to hear all about it. Have fun.

My Dad always said "travel while you can" as he didn't go many places when he could have & in his later years, his mobility prevented him from doing so. His one major regret was that he didn't GO when he could have!
