Candy's Birthday Tea

Tomorrow is my friend Candy's birthday.  And next Tuesday she is leaving for Florida for several months.  So we went to have tea.  We love to do this.  We went to a new place to us in Glendale.  Oh, we had such a good time.

See the rose inside the tea cup....that held the napkin.  The cups and plates are not vintage and had no marking...but they were pretty!
Started with a delicious strawberry garden salad.
Here we are with the tier of food...and every bit of it was delicious!
Hats galore if you want to wear one!
Isn't this cute?  They did the bathroom all Frenchy!!
I thought this server was different.  Not for sale though.  This was a really delightful Tearoom.  We definately will go back.

I am going to mention something here because some of you have asked.  I have talked about it on my Teal blog, but, Yes, I have lost a lot of weight.  I cannot take any of the glory...it is medication related.  Yes, I like being thinner....I am going to enjoy it as long as I have it...but no, it has not been fun losing it.  I am fine.  If and when they change the chemo, I probably will get fat again!!

And soon, Candy will have her blog up and running.  Yep, I finally talked her into it!  I will share it as soon as she is ready.....
