It's Fresh Cut Friday!

at Liz's.
My flowers were from my husband for Valentine's Day.  I was surprised that he bought an arrangement.  He usually just buys the bouquet for me to put in a vase.  This was some good flowers as they lasted for 2 weeks.

Carnations and I know that flower isn't a daisy but looks like one.  And see the sweet butterfly?  I sure enjoyed it.  I still have my poinsettia from Christmas .  I am seriously thinking of planting it outside.
Next month, I sure hope I will have my outside flowers to show!!  I am really late this year.  But in reality, it is just now warm enough to plant them!!

Hi Ceekay, I'm so happy (and quite jealous) to hear that it is warm enough outside for you to do flowers. Here we are still waiting for the snow to melt and in fact some of my Christmas garlands and reindeer are still stuck in the snow. Your hubby is very sweet to bring those gorgeous flowers! Enjoy! They are so pretty! I love the butterfly too. I have my roses all chopped back and we worked on the front yard last weekend... I sure hope we have some plants left after all the freezing that we have had!

It looks like it is going to be a beautiful weekedend! Enjoy! :)
Thank you for joining in!!!!! :)

Hi Ceekay! My hubby does the same thing! I like to make my own arrangements, too.

You were right... those are daisies, along with white cushion mums and the little flower spray is waxflower. It should have been the fragrant one in the bunch. Also, from what I can see, a bit of leatherleaf fern.

Have a wonderful weekend... Karen
