Since this is my very first blog, I am very timid. But because of my encouraging cousin, I figured I would post something that she could look at! I have enjoyed looking on other blogs regarding homes and decorating them, that I wanted to join in the fun!
We moved into our new built home about a 18 months ago, and I love decorating it. Foofing, as I call it. I have gradually changed from completely country decor, to what I would call eclectic old world. I couldn't part with many of my family pieces, so I added them to the mix!
Above is my feather tree in the guest room decorated for valentines day. I am also soooo into decorating for any holiday. The coffee table is in our living room. I absolutely fell in love with the rose plate.
I guess I have officially entered into the blogging world!

I used to have all country and made the transition several years ago, glad you didn't get rid of all of your loveables! I've had a few regrets of some things I no longer have.
