This and That Show and Tell

Happy Friday! I had to show you my new little pumpkin. I just love how they are decorating pumpkins that are not jack-o-laterns. I am not big into Halloween but I LOVE the Harvest. I found this at Kirkland about a month ago and knew I better buy it right then or it would be gone.
Give thanks to the Lord, for He is Good, His love endures forever.

This pumpkin is about the size of a baseball and is a type of ceramic.

I had to show these jars. I have had these jars since I was first married. My husband was working evenings and would sometimes stop at the grocery store for a nibbly. That was when they would be marking down items and he brought me these jars. They were like 25 cents each. There was no coffee. I guess that sold out early. I have always wished I could find one...I know they are just jars...but they are one of my most cherished possessions because of how I got them. We were so poor. My hubby was going to seminary during the day and working evenings. We were renting from my grandparents. But he still managed to find some precious gifts for me.
And....I could not resist this towel at the M&M store in Vegas. I love Green. She has such an attitude. Have you seen the new Green commercial?

Well, that is my This and That for Show and Tell at No Place Like Home today. I am off to see what everyone else is showing.

Hey I like your pumpkin. Like you I am not that much into jack-0-lanterns, etc. I used to love all those thing but in recent years I like them less and less. I have a ceramic one that is very nice, but I turn the face to the wall and it looks like a plain ceramic pumpkin. I like that better.

Ceekay,

I was just at Kirklands and didn't see those pumpkins. I like those better then the scary faces. Your jars are so special. The only thing I have from when my hubby and I first married is my sewing machine. I remember people making fun of him for giving me a sewing machine but it was the best gift ever!

Very sassy M&M towel. I love it! I hope I can find pumpkins like the ones you found. I don't mind Jack 0 lanterns but it would be nice to find some that you can put up thoughout fall and thanksgiving season and not just Halloween.

Oh what cute jars! I love them too and the story is so cute. The towel is funny I love it too.
Thanks for sharing your fun treasures.
And the pumpkin how sweet it is. I love the non scary halloween too. Just go with the "harvest"
them works better.

I am a huge fan of Halloween AND Autumn. So this was a special 'treat' for me.

I bought a little something at Kirklands the other day for Halloween. And like you say "buy it now" if you don't, it'll be gone in no time.

My show n tell is all about baskets this week. I do hope you can find time to stop by! Happy weekend to you.

Cute shares!
Did you try eBay to look for a coffee jar? I was amazed to find things on there I never thought I would.
I can understand why they picked a green M&M for that towel as they are suppose to be an aphrodisiac-that's what I heard, because of the color. I know-silly.

I was 'eyeballing' little pumpkins like yours at Walmart last night (no God on them though), how sweet to have a treasure from the beginning of your relationship (how kind of him to think of you;), and Ms. Green M&M rocks!

I LOVE pumpkin decorations, of all kinds. But I only pull out the jack-o-lantern ones the week of Halloween. All the rest stay out from September until Thanksgiving.

Your pumpkin, with its eternal message, is especially sweet!

No, I haven't played online Scrabble. I wouldn't dare get "hooked" on anything else. I love to play Scrabble. It is tempting.
I think your table settings below are so pretty.

Hi - There is a little town market that carries this pink toilet paper. When I found it, I felt like I found a treasure. BUT, My Hubby puts up with a lot of pink but this toilet paper was not allowed. So yestersday when he was coming home, I BEGGED him to stop at the little market and buy some for 'Pink Saturday. It was 3.99 for four rolls. But now, I DO have pink toilet paper don't I? HEHE! HAHA!

I really like your pumpkin. Like you, I don't care much for jack-o-lanterns, but I like decorating with pumpkins. I also like your jars.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I hope you have a blessed week!

I love your pumpkin - and I love the verse on it! I also like harvest type pumpkins more than Halloween pumpkins. And living in Michigan, we are provided with a lot of harvest weather! I know you LOVE it, but you know I DON'T! It makes me so sad to think about summer ending, I can hardly enjoy August because I know what's coming next! Once again I need to start reminding myself this time of year that God made EVERY day and EVERY season to be enjoyed and appreciated! But oh, oh, oh...how I dread the thought of winter!
XOXO Kathy
