Barnyard Boo Hoos

There is a great new party going on over at Happier Than a Pig in the Mud
and I can't go......well, I shouldn't, but I am going to sneak in anyways, cuz I don't like missing anything...no really, I gotta know what is going on!!
It is my destiny!!

I know kitties live in a barnyard....I don't know if they play with blue balls, but we will count this anyways.....

Birds....surely there are birds in a barnyard....

Mini milk bottles....oh, yeah, I forgot - animals....well, if there is milk shouldn't one have a cow...but alas, no cow!

But I have bunnies!! These two have been trying to get out of the basket since Easter, but they are a whole lot safer where I can keep an eye on them, if you KNOW what I mean!
Ceekay, where are your chickens.?....packed away in a box, errrr I mean coop. They had to take a hiatus because of Fall.....

yep, Ceekay is feeling very deprived ( insert sobbing sounds here) ......the barnyard is sadly lacking here.....which is really surprising, cuz I know I have heard my hubs say many times, Shut the door!!! were you raised in a barn???
Obviously not!!

I am in the same boat...only worse, no animals live at my house except for a couple roosters who already made their appearance known recently. I'm going to sneak in too...but not until Friday morning. I'm still trying to figure it out!

Ceekay, this was just too cute. Again, I missed out on a fun event.. Way too much going on and not enough hours in the day.
You asked what I spray the florals with, I use an exterior spray sealer, purchased at Hobby Lobby or at Michaels. I buy it wholesale from another company, but those 2 places carry a very similar brand. It does not help in the fading, but does keep them from being ruined if they get wet.. I hope all is well your way.. hugs ~lynne~

Hi Ceekay...

Girlfriend, I know just what you mean...I did a repost just so I could party! Hehe! Well...I think your little kitty is just adorable...and you're absolutely right...every barnyard has cats!!! Love the pretty birds as well, but I must tell you...my eyes were looking past those pretty winged creatures...to your gorgeous lacy linens!!! Ohhh, sooo pretty, my friend! I'm so glad that you came to the barnyard party...I had fun!!!

Warmest wishes,
Chari @Happy To Design

You have the right idea with the kitty...where would a barn be without a kitty....probably full of mice. Cute post and very creative for someone who has no cow! I have a cow and goats, so come on over to CollectInTexas Gal and fill that milk bottle with goat milk. See ya there....Sue

Too cute! You have a sweet barnyard...kitties, birdies and bunnies...maybe a cow for Christmas:). Neat milk milk bottle...hugs, Linda

Ceekay, I love that little kitten with the blue ball. Yes, I do think that any barn I've visted seems to have a LOT of stray cats to catch the mice, and certainly birds. Your bunnies in a basket are so cute. laurie

Hi Ceekay, your animals are perfect for a Barnyard Bash. We had kittens in our barns and when my dad milked the cows they would line up for a squirt of milk. A memory so long ago that I remember with laughter. Those cats never missed the milk coming in their direction. Your post is so cute. So are you.
Hugs, Jeanne
