This is my daughter in love...she is not married to my son, but to another wonderful man, but I think of her as my daughter.
I tried so hard to get a good picture of this, but my "dil" made this frame and framed a picture she had taken herself. It is precious.
Now for the questions. First of all, have any of you ever seen anything like this? It is marks on my legs. No bumps, they are not scratches. They come and go, and can be really all over my calf area and foot or just a few. No one I know have ever seen anything like it. It doesn't hurt...but I hate the way it looks!!
The second question is a doggie question. We got a doggie door. And we used treats to get Bentley to go in and out through it. But he is afraid of the flap and unless I hold it, won't come through. Which of course, defeats the purpose. Any suggestions?

Ok, done for today. My shoulder is I would say 85% better....but not totally. Of course, I want it to be totally gone!
Hope you all had a good weekend.

Ceekay isn't it wonderful to be blessed with friends! These past few weeks have reminded me of how very blessed I have to have so many precious people in my life!
I haven't seen marks like this before. I worked for 4 years for an alternative Dr and we would suggest ozonated olive oil (sometimes called oxygenated olive oil for all kinds of skin conditions and it almost always worked. You can get it at a health food store (has to be refrigerated or even in the freezer) and can be a little pricey but well worth it. When I got a rash all over my body last week from the antibiotic they gave me I used this and in a day or 2 it was pretty much all gone! If you decide to try it let me know- another thing you could try that is not quite as pricey is virgin cold pressed coconut oil- make sure it's virgin and cold pressed- you can get a container for about $6-8.00. Rub on the site 3 or 4 times a day.

My dog was so scared of the doggy door when we first got it. We spent an afternoon inside the house while she was outside trying to persuade her to come through. We started by holding the flap all the way up,and then part way up, and slowly lowered it until she was going through all by herself. I can't imagine life without a doggy door!
So glad you had fun with all the girls. Misty is a sweetie. I love the just because gift.
Are you sure the marks are not from the dog. You may not even be aware of it at the time but might react to him in some way? Just a thought.
Those are strange looking marks. Have you googled it or asked your doctor? As for the door, I had to take the flap off the kitty litter box for the same reason. I know if I go to the trouble of putting in a doggy door, likely the same thing will happen. And I worry about other critters I don't want getting in? Wonder if this happens much?

Sorry, I don't have a clue about either of your questions. But I sure would mention the scratch-like things to the oncologist the next time you see her/him. Hope you have a great week. Sally
Hi Ceekay!
How fun that your friends had a tea party for you. Now that's love. Your DIL is adorable. What a wonderful thing that you have a relationship with her.
As far as those marks go: they look worrisome. I have never seen anything like that....

Look at you with your beautiful self girl! How sweet to have a special tea for you and your daughter in love is gorgeous!
Now as for those mysterious marks..hummmm do you scratch yourself in your sleep!!!! Ohhhh does hubby have long toenails..oh sorry I had to ask! lol lol I have no idea what that could be! Hope your shoulder gets to 100% very soon!
What a nice group of friends, wonderful that they hosted a tea party for you!
Let us know if you find out what that is on your leg. ???
Don't know about the doggie door. Here's a funny story about a doggie door - here in FL a small alligator went into a house through a doggie door! Well, maybe that's not so funny! You don't have to worry about gators in AZ though!

What a great day to spend with your friends laughing with girlfriends.. It can be the best medicine!
Your adopted DIL is so pretty!
That is a weird looking rash or what ever it is! I am glad it doesn't irch or sting. Your beauty shines from within!
A tea party, how fun!! Your leg is interesting, especially that it comes and goes. I'll ask my daughter/nurse practitioner (little companion's mother)tomorrow. If she doesn't know it will really bug her though! I'm glad it doesn't hurt, pain is no good!

We taped our doogie door up for the first couple of weeks but the chis were still too lazy/scared/something to go through it so we taped the bottom edge so that the magnets wouldn't catch. It worked!
