My Winter Tablescape

I cannot believe a week has gone by since I posted.  My husband and I are cleaning the garage and I have gone through every tub and box....giving the kids all their school papers and putting every picture this family owns together, in hopes that someday I will get them organized!  Anyways.....
I wanted to show my winter tablescape before I change it to Valentine's.

Yes, I still have my carolers out...I am just not ready to put them away!  and I figure there is no Christmas Caroler police warrant for me....so I can leave them out if I wanna!!!
These sweet snow ornie candles were 3 in a packages from I don't know where!!  Sorry..I have had a couple of years....

My daugher gave me this snowbaby probably 15 years ago.  The head of the snowman moves while it plays Frosty the Snowman.

My daugher also gave me this snowcouple.  They light up in different colors...here you see the blue.  I have had this for about 4 years now.

I found these sweet little trees at the dollar tree.  I wish I had bought more!  Hopefully they will have them again next year.  And the glasses with the snowflakes are Dollar Tree also....I wish they would have them again, I only have 4!  My hubby hates when I just buy 4, cuz he says if one gets broke...then what???

My Mercury glass holder and tea light came separately from Target after Christmas sales about 3 years ago.

These napkin rings were also from Target about 12 years ago...seriously!

I got these as a gift from Liz at Rose Vignettes last Christmas...aren't they precious!

I am crazy about this snowflake mirror....I think it was Target last year.

I was so happy to catch the twinkle in the silver chargers.

These plates were Dollar Tree when it was another name....there are four different patterns.

Hope you enjoyed my Winter Tablescape.

And I got the sweetest gift in the mail.....from BJ at Sweet Nothings.  She said she wanted to send me a little something.....I was over the moon excited to receive....
 This adorable Diane Duda calendar.
I just love it and will be framing some of the prints when the year is over...cuz every one is more adorable than the last.  If I can brillantly remember.....I will post each month's picture in that month....

Well, some of you would probably say I can't dance, but that is ok...because the Dance police don't have a warrant for me either, and I will dance when I wanna!!

Look at that sweet face.  Thank you so much BJ....you are so kind!

Ok, I am going to join in the party at Marty's and Cielo's.  Have a great week!  And DANCE!

Ceeky,I love your tablescape. You know I saw glasses at Ikea with snowflakes on them. I pondered about them for ages before I decided I had enough glasses anyway. Maybe I will get them next time I go, they are really nice. I love your little glove cutlery holder too.

Love the mittens holding the silverware and noticed them right away. Sweet idea. I always admire how you tablescapers pull a table together so beautifully by adding layer upon layer. Just lovely!

I just LOVE everything about your tablescape Ceekay! I especially like the mitten with the silverware. Snowmen have always been my favorite.......we have been lucky as far as the snow goes in NE this year........with the exception of the October Nor'easter we had.
Hugs,
Lynn

How wonderful all your sweet little snow people look, Ceekay! We share so many of the same likes, huh?
I am coveting those beautiful big snowflake glasses! Wow, would they be perfect for tonight....it is storming & they're predicting 2-3 inches of snow by morning.

Enjoy your beautiful weather out there. Just got off the phone with baby sis in Chandler & she was gloating. She ran in the PFChang races over the weekend & said it was gorgeous. I'm jealous.

Hugs,

Hi Ceekay, I love your Winter Tablescape - and how adorable to use a mitten for the pocket to put the silverware in. Too cute. Hey, I've emailed Kathy some time back and haven't gotten a reply back yet from her. I need her mailing address (I have it somewhere, but have misplaced it) so I can put the Love Auction collected in the mail for Amelia. If you could email that to me at my serendipitea@bellsouth.net email address, I'd be so appreciative.

Thanks so much Ceekay!
I wish you Basketfull of Blessings in 2012 for you and your family!

Mornin' Glory,
On the subject of tomato soup...the kind you described is my favorite. I love that stuff. I like the soup more than a tomato unless it is a FRIED GREEN one.... I am starving for one but can't find a green one this time of year. Hafta wait until summer...:(

Ceekay, You are more than welcome to make a copy of my tent cards on today's post! If some of the scripture references are not clear or legible, let me know and I'll email you a copy! We "borrowed" it ourselves! Isn't it just precious! :)

Love your wintry table - all of the mirrors and mercury glass, just the right touches. But, I'm sooo impressed that you're cleaning out your garage and have gone through EVERY box and bin. That is a chore! I too have been cleaning since the new year, but not quite that extensively.

Come for a visit. I'm having a GIVEAWAY.
