Bloggers....if you will let me give you some advice. Do IT! Get your work in a book. You will not be sorry of the quality.
I did break down this year, spent the extra 10.00 and got the hard cover. My hubby was right. It is much better than the soft cover.
Now, I have a question. I bought a couple of pineapples at the grocery store. They were on sale. Now, knowing that I live in AZ, can I plant the top? Or is it a useless venture?
I know some of you gardeners will know. Thanks.
Edited: So many of you have asked I thought I would add some things about the blogbook.
- I ordered mine through Cutest Blog on the Block
- I make my books run from Jan thru December - one year
- My book has 213 pages..cost $110.00. $10.00 extra for Hard Cover
- I do not print the comments. You can but then you would have more pages.
- It comes through regular mail in about a week.
- If you have blinkies or videos, slides...obviously they will not print. I remove any of those before I have them run my book.
- Only your posts print....none of your gadgets or widgets.
I hope you have a great week. I am purging a little this week. Took 3 bags to Goodwill today and will have more tomorrow. And trust me, I am NOT hurting for STUFF! Talk to you later this week.

First off..I have no idea about the pineapple..but then I am a native and I cant grow anything LOL. 2nd..what a wonderful idea!!! a book about your blog! i mean DUH!!! I think I will order mine for this past year..guess I better get blogging lol..now..do you also publish the comments?? and where do you order them from
I tried planting a pineapple top (when I lived in Phoenix, in fact!), let it dry out a couple of days...put it in a huge pot as they get rather large...I kept forgetting to water it and it finally died off, but by then it was rather large and kept outside sheltered in the winter. The plant never blossomed or bore fruit, but it was fun watching it grow!
Ceekay, I am so glad you love your blog book!! I don't know anything about planting pineapple!
What a cool idea! Love the blog book. I have no idea about the pineapple, I know my mother in law has some on her patio but she lives in Florida?
Dolores at Moving Forward with Alzheimer's was just talking about her blog book on her most recent post, too. Now I really want to do it. But I've got so much stuff...I'd probably go broke.
hmmmm??? Sorry don't know about the pineapple... I would love to know tho.
I know that you mentioned your book before.... Where do you order them from? I wanted one for Mother's Day... Hubs didn't get his act together in time... but I love your cover and don't remember that being an option on the site that we were on.... Do tell! :)

Love the book. You will cherish it forever. I never really thought about turning my blog posts into a book. Good idea, thanks for sharing. I have a book that is the history of my Mother-in-law. It is so precious.
I've thought of ordering one myself, so thank you for sharing this information. Do you know if the size of the photos makes a difference in the print quality?
I say give the pineapple a try. Why not?

Your book idea is great!
Thanks for all the info. on the blog book. I think it's such a great idea. I always wondered how much they were and your're right...very reasonable price. Sorry...can't help you with the pineapple!
I'm glad you are ordering the blog books, I'm thinking about doing it too.
We can grow pineapples here in FL, maybe they will grow inside for you.
Katherine
Well this is the coolest thing I've ever seen! I had no idea you could make a book from your blog posts. I sure hope I can remember this when I get to my first anniversary.

One of my goals is to have my blog in books. I plan to do my own and include my original photography - the prints of my photos. I already have 2 albums ready to put together. Now I just need to DO it! Your book is beautiful. Thanks for the inspiration!
