One More thing I am Thankful for....

MY BED!

Oh man, I slept last night.  A long wonderful day with the family.  Lots of food, chatter, laughter, game playing and practical jokes.....

Today, I am packing up all the Turkeys and pumpkins....to make room for Christmas decor.  Oh, sometimes I wish I was a minimalist....but I just can't be!  I open those boxes and I think...aw...this is so cute I have to put it out!!

So, talk to you soon.  In the meantime, I am putting on the Mannheim Steamroller and getting to work!!

I just packed all the Tday stuff away. Awhile before that was Halloween. Im like you I think ......so much stuff, I should do less. And yet when I see the stuff each year I want to put it all out to see. I have 8 boxes of stuff mixed that is for Halloween and Tday. Every year gets worse. I am thinking about paring it sll down to just my fav and having a garage sale for the rest.

Now I have to try to find room for Christmas! I think Ill do that next week. This week is fruitcake baking.

Your sweet family looks like they are having a ball! That alone is enough to be grateful for...you showed them a wonderful day!

Now I need to get working on Christmas, too!

So glad you had a good Thanksgiving together. We were all at our son and daughter-in-law's home and had a wonderful time. Now the fun begins - time to put away the signs of Fall and bring the Christmas spirit into our homes. You're a day or so ahead of me, my friend - I'm having a grandchild here each day, spend the night and go home so another can come. All a fun part of their Thanksgiving vacation.
