Oh man, I slept last night. A long wonderful day with the family. Lots of food, chatter, laughter, game playing and practical jokes.....
Today, I am packing up all the Turkeys and pumpkins....to make room for Christmas decor. Oh, sometimes I wish I was a minimalist....but I just can't be! I open those boxes and I think...aw...this is so cute I have to put it out!!
So, talk to you soon. In the meantime, I am putting on the Mannheim Steamroller and getting to work!!

Hi Ceekay! Looks like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Love seeing pix of your lovely family! You're good getting started so soon! Well, I do have my tree up and decorated! :)
We are so blessed, aren't we?
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Ceekay, My hubby wishes I was minimalist!! LOL
Sounds like a fabulous day. I can't wait to see all the Christmas decor. Hugs, Marty
What an adorable family and so much fun with the little ones! Glad you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and I'm looking forward to seeing all your great Christmas "stuff." :)
It looks like a wonderful day at your house Ceekay! Now that's a proper Thanksgiving sweetie. So much to be thankful for.
big hugs
I just packed all the Tday stuff away. Awhile before that was Halloween. Im like you I think ......so much stuff, I should do less. And yet when I see the stuff each year I want to put it all out to see. I have 8 boxes of stuff mixed that is for Halloween and Tday. Every year gets worse. I am thinking about paring it sll down to just my fav and having a garage sale for the rest.
Now I have to try to find room for Christmas! I think Ill do that next week. This week is fruitcake baking.
Your sweet family looks like they are having a ball! That alone is enough to be grateful for...you showed them a wonderful day!
Now I need to get working on Christmas, too!
XO,
Jane
Awww...nothing like spending the holidays with family! I decorating our home tomorrow! I needed to recoup today!
So glad you had a good Thanksgiving together. We were all at our son and daughter-in-law's home and had a wonderful time. Now the fun begins - time to put away the signs of Fall and bring the Christmas spirit into our homes. You're a day or so ahead of me, my friend - I'm having a grandchild here each day, spend the night and go home so another can come. All a fun part of their Thanksgiving vacation.

How can we resist putting out all our treasures to enjoy for the holidays? I say, go for it! Have a great weekend. Linda
