Multiple Mosaic Monday

***Just a note to tell you that I did fine with my treatment. It was a 14 hour away from home day and we are both beat....I appreciate all your words of encouragement. I will be back to blogging the end of the week.***

Warning....picture overload!

Whew! and I do mean WHEW!!
I feel like I have been in a whirlwind. A wonderful whirlwind, but none the less, a whirlwind.

Thursday was a wonderful day with our children. We ate all the traditional Thanksgiving food and then some! The picture of my son is him laughing at how full he is. The grandchildren played and ran after Bentley until finally all were done.

Monday Mosaics at Mary's Little Red House is so much fun. The first mosaic is of my Thanksgiving Tablescape. The little place card turkeys are made out of chocolate. Everything was done in Turkeys this year...and the grandkids thought that was way fun. You KNOW it is all about the grandchildren.

Grandma and kiddos made cookies again this year. They are Bakers in Training!!

I am just like most of you...neck high in Christmas bins....trying to get everything decorated. I don't move as fast as I used to!

Monday I will be in the chemo chair....that is one way of taking a day off from decorating! So if I don't get to your mosaics right away, I promise I will!

Did you see I am over the 80 follower mark??? Wow! Who knew 80 people read my little ole blog!

Oh, and the black Christmas tree???

I don't have a tree skirt yet. I am envisioning black velvet with red trim...but the store isn't envisioning it with me! It is really hard to get a good picture, but it is beautiful in person!

Oh CeeKay..
Hi sweetie, what precious pics of everyone at the holiday. The grandkids look so sweet and your son is so handsome. Thanks for sharing. I love the little Bakers in Training. Where on earth did you find the aprons? So cute. I have 7 little bakers in training.

I love your tree. I especially like the bird. The little discs are also a very pretty touch.

I need to post mine for you. I have it all up, it has been for about 2 weeks now. I just haven't posted anything. I got my living room tree up and am working on it still. I need to do the family room tree though. I keep trying.

Thanks for sharing sweet friend. I have been thinking about you. I see you and Marty had a wonderful time meeting another blogger. How fun.

You look so beautiful sweetie. I need to talk to you about where you are finding all the cute tops I see you in. I love them. It is very hard to find cute plus size tops. Post me please. I need some help.

Have a beautiful day today. Country hugs...Sherry

I loved seeing the pics of Thanksgiving, Ceekay, and those turkey hats are a hoot! LOL! Love them!

Glad you had a good holiday. And look at your snazzy black tree all dolled up! Looks like you are well into the decorating.

I hope that all goes well with your chemo, and I pray that you won't feel sick. Am thinking of you and sending you much love.

XO,

Sheila :-)

Oh sweetie, the children are darling. Aren't grandkids just the most fun to have around? I'm loving your black tree. The pop of red makes it sooooo rich looking. Velvet sounds like a perfect finishing touch for the tree skirt. Girl I know what you mean, I think about simplifying and "boom" I'm way over the top.lol. Thank you for swinging by to see the "new" valance..
hugs ~lynne~

Hi Ceekay
Glad I'm not the only Grandma with a tree that's not green - ours is silver. I do like the black and red though, really eye-catching.
Good luck with your treatment.
Hugs from Ontario.

Beautiful post. I like the blog side that overlaps the text and doesn't scroll. How did you do that? I survived Thanksgiving, but no Christmas decorations up yet.

Cee-Kay, Honey, I ♥ all your pictures!! Your new header is darling & so are your grandchildren. You son is a handsome dude, too. Don't you love to see them laughing?

That black tree is a hoot & I hope it makes you laugh everytime you walk past it.
Hoping Monday's chemo tx was not too difficult & you'll have your energy level back soon.

Hi there, I just stopped over after reading about your get together with Marty and Mary-so glad I did. What a wonderful blog you have and as I read your profile I was instantly drawn to you...for many reasons but my sister had Ovarian cancer too and I was blessed to walk through that path with her. I'm going to be following you from now on and if you ever have specific prayer needs please feel free to share them with me. My sis battled her disease for 8 years and in the medical world each year they make new discoveries and find new treatments so you hang in there girl! Blessings and hugs to you today.
