"Stuff in Tool Box"

I showed my Guest room a while back and several of you talked about my Tool Box.

You may remember I purchased it for $5.00 from the son of a man who made it 60 years ago.

Right now I have it in the Guest room with some "stuff" in it.....

You can see that it is just a gathering of things that I like....

This was my wedding Bible...

Everyone has old buttons...wish I had more!

My sachet from Rebecca at Gathering Thoughts.

A little bowl I bought years ago, but I love the little raised flowers.

Some old gloves and my Grandma's glasses.

I also have the pin cushion that Marty made me...you can see the top of it in the first pic.

This box changes per my whims!!

What a wonderful way to display treasures! Love your toolbox - think I need to rummage through our shed and get out the one my sweetheart built years ago. It's just holding old 'stuff' - it could be holding treasures of mine!

I LOVE that old box. So Sweet that it has a home as lovely as yours. I also LOVE that you left it wooden and did NOT paint it white. It looks GORGEOUS with the contrast of your treasures...My VERY FAVORITE THING "IS", "Your Grandmothers Glasses". LUCKY YOU to have them!!!
Have a fun week,
Big Squishy Hugs to you,
Donna

Love it Ceekay! I especially love the fact that those are not just any old glasses; but ones from your Grandma! Makes them even more special. The box is awesome.

It's a nice way to show your treasures. Showing treasures in a treasure is double nice.
