So Many of you...

have sent me notes, cards, emails.....and I am beyond grateful.  Really, I have no words to thank you for the prayers and concern you have shown me.  Some more than people I have known for a lifetime.

I am on the mend.  It is slow.  I don't know if you realize, but I actually was in the hospital 2 times in less than 2 weeks.  I have be extrememely ill, and in fact, it is an answer to prayers that I am still here.

My daughter came over yesterday and spent the entire day cleaning and decorating for me.  I haven't done much else.  I will see my doctor on Tuesday and hopefully get some more direction for my health  improvement.  I do want to be clear though, this was  not the cancer, but the cancer treatment.

Please continue to keep my entire family in prayer.  We have been dealt a blow emotionally.  To have one part of your family at death's door definately knocks the wind out of you.

I can't wait to be strong again, and do my blog the way I like to do it...happy and encouraging.  But honestly, right now, I will TAKE encouragement.

Have a great weekend.....Talk to you soon!

What a sweet daughter you have and a very dear family. We heard from your son who was over the moon when things started looking much better. Isn't this often the way? The cure becomes the cause? (It certainly was when my little grandson re-broke his leg about the same time that you became ill.)Whatever the reasons, we must look for God in the interruptions of life. There is some precious nugget there for you. I just know it. You take care now...sending love, prayers, and all good thoughts for both you and your family.

Here's a little encouraging words, My hubby has cancer, multiple myeloma, diagnosed in 2008. given 2-5 yrs....HE works albeit part time, but hey, if he feels well enought to work, well go for it. At 71, he is a fighter and a half. Was on death's door in 2008on life support and not expected to survive, but God & the doctors are amaxzing. He gets weekly chemo, and remains in remission because of his treatment. So hang in there young lady....!!!

I have been keeping up with you through Laura and other bloggers, and I have left you several messages on your blogs I would have sent you a card, but I have lost your address. I hope you know, though, that I have prayed for you and was rejoiciing when Laura said your son had said you turned the corner. You sweet thing... I hope you kick this all to the curb.

I have a different email address, but I'm going to see if I can get Laura to get your snail mail for me. I'm so so so happy that you are home. I pray your srength returns soon.

Love you...

Dear Ceekay,
You have been in my prayers for weeks! My heart is hurting for your family as they watch you suffer so. But I'm praying these terrible treatments zap every single cancer cell and that you are given a clean bill of health real soon!
Love you,
