Now, I really want some kudos on this tablescape! Because I had absolutely nothing for St. Patrick's Day. But I am not one to feel left out....so I dug through my "stuff" and came up with this tablescape.
I had a green tablecloth...Christmas....and I topped it with a white lace square table topper. Used my gold chargers and silverware. I used a green plaid ribbon for the napkin rings. The centerpiece is a teapot with silk flowers of some sort. Brass candlesticks have yellow candles. I wished I had white, but I don't! The plates are our everyday Corelle ware. I did buy the gold coins and the little teddy bear from the 99 cent store.
I think it is pretty Irish looking from this ole German girl! So have a good day and don't forget to visit Susan at Between Naps on the Porch for more Tablescapes. Also linking up to Kathleen's St. Patty's Day party!

LOL! Don't they say, "EVERYBODY'S Irish on St Patrick's Day"?! I am still pondering on how I want to set my St. Pat's Dinner table this year, and I AM IRISH! You did a lovely job of it Ceekay! ~tina
I think you did great! I'm wondering whether I can pull off a St. Patrick's Day table myself, but at least you have some green and white dishes to start with! I love the addition of the gold coins and the plaid ribbons for the napkins!
Pretty, tablecloth, dishes and I love how you tied the napkins up! We always have a family celebration of St. Paddy's day even though we aren't Irish either. It's just fun, isn't it?

What is it they say about necessity being the mother of invention? I would say you proved that here. It all came together very nicely and the gold coins are a darling idea.
