Saying Goodbye to my Snow

I am getting the "itch" to decorate for Valentine's Day.  So I am packing up the Snowmen and the White.  I wanted to share for Tabletop Tuesday at Marty's my buffet and coffee table in the Living Room all dressed in whites.  This really is a favorite display of mine and I am a little sad that it has to be put away...but time doesn't stand still does it?

Does this look a little different.  Yesterday I did get a "birthday present".  More about that later but do you see it?
This beautiful new white pitcher.  I KNEW exactly where it was going!
I do love my Valentine's items though.  February is one of my favorite months.  It is the LOVE month and my birthday month.  I was an only child, so I feel it is only appropriate that I celebrate my birthday ALL month, not just on one little ole day!  I should copy Jodie....a birthday present to open every day of the month!!!  No, that won't be happening here....but the hearts and reds are begging to come out and play!  You will see them soon!!

Hello! I came by for a visit after reading Marty's blog at "A Stroll Thru Life". I love your blog! Your words reminded me of myself! Haha! I have Valentine's on my mind as well, and will packing up my snowmen and my blue & white "snow" theme, this week. Kinda' sad. :( Another thing that caught my eye in your blog is that you are an ONLY CHILD just like me!! I love connecting with other "onlies"! Happy Birthday, too! :)

I know how you feel about putting away the winter whites, but I am really glad to put winter behind us and exchange it for brighter colors and warmer weather again. Unfortunately, that's still a couple months away. Your whites look beautiful and I'm looking forward to seeing your Valentine decorations.

Ceekay,
Okay. .. I'm quite smitten with all your whiteness and SNOW items in today's post! I guess what I get for skimming (instead of reading) is the fact that I thought you had put it all away and you were showing us an early Valentine's Day post. I almost MISSED this lovely post. Good thing the MOUSE and I don't get along on my arthritis days! HuH?
Lovely white, elegant accessories.
Thank you Ceekay!
Fondly,
Pat

You have some very pretty displays. I have done some of the very same things that you have here. I would love to try the pin cushion in the pitcher, that is adorable. The vintage books are so easy. You will love how they look. Thanks for stopping by.
