Yah....those were gone!
Why did we go to California? Rose from A Hint of Home and hubby, our life long friends, were there visiting her daughter for Christmas. We drove over to spend some holiday fun together....and we did!!

When we were in Cali....
We...
did a little of this....
played a little of this....
saw and felt the cold....
the girls shopped
and played dress up....
we rode around like Cinderella
enjoying the lights...
we spoiled some girls....and sat in President Taft's big chair!
We posed for the annual Christmas picture....(see the coat....I never took it off!)
said farewell to some reindeer until next year....
and the beautiful sites and sounds....
We ate some of these...

I hadn't realized your DH was so tall!!
I am coming your way and sure do hope I get to see you! We just figured out Friday that we were going and could/should make the time to go down that way. Bill's folks are in their 80's now and his aunt is very frail so it will be good to visit and celebrate our missionary friends retirement.
