My creations from my class

I know I showed pictures of the wonderful soldering class I was able to take with Karen from Some Days are Diamonds.  But I wanted to show my projects.  The first is the bracelet we made.  Now, when I say made, I mean we cut the wire, formed the links, made the heart, stamped the word and put together and soldered.  I am thrilled beyond words how cute my bracelet turned out.

My neighbor at the table helped me with making a charm from the teal stone.  Teal is the color for Ovarian cancer.  We could choose our word....I chose courage, but I could have also used prayer....

This is the beveled glass memory house we made....Mine is about our home....since it is shaped like a house.  The picture is my husband and I kissing where our bedroom now is.  This home was such a joy for me to put my heart into.  We actually have notes and praises written on the boards.  You can't see them now, but we know they are there.

I am quite pleased with my creations.  This was pushing the envelope for me....but I would love to try something like this again sometime!!

And in case anyone is counting...this is 3 projects for the month of January!!
