Happy Birthday to Us Party

I have the coolest friend.  She loves to have parties.  Last year she hosted my Princess Birthday party.  This year she hosted a Birthday Party to Us.  Ten girlfriends from church got together to celebrate our birthdays together.

We started with prayer, thanking our Lord for this time together.
The tablescape was so cute....and she just shopped her home!

Our birthday cake!  Don't you just love birthday cake?
These sweet little containers were a gift to her from a student.  They fit perfectly with the theme.
Going around the table and telling our birthdays...with the YEAR!

The cake plate has dingle dangles all around it.  I controlled myself and left it with her....It was difficult!

Opening gifts.  Like a white elephant round.  Personally, I hate these.  I want to keep what I get.  And I was first, having the first birthday of the year in February!

Well, Lookie, lookie!  Yep, I stole that baby and then it was frozen and it was all MINE!!

Thanks Sally.....it was the best party!  and
Girlfriends are the BEST!

That birthday party for 10 gals looks like fun, and the cake platter with the dingle dangle things is cute. That is good you resisted temptation and left it there LOL

What a great friend you have. Looks like a very fun time was had by all. The cake was absolutely adorable, as was the cake plate. I can see how it would be tempting to smuggle it out the door ;-).
