We Have Been Busy!

We have done about as much as we could squeeze into a week! My dear friends are going home tomorrow and we are all sad. But we made memories galore!
Our first trip was to Tombstone. What a fun and beautiful day! I will only show a bit of what we did. If you want I can send you the 129 pictures I really took!

We took a stagecoach ride. It was so much fun and very interesting. We saw the houses where the Earp's lived and many others....it really made the day in Tombstone so much more interesting.
We went in the Birdcage Theatre that was known for gambling, prostitutes and numerous killings. It is all original. Including the bullet holes!

We saw the OK Corral.

We shot our own bullets....I got 3 out of five...I was thrilled!

This is Kathy and Sandy at Boot Hill....where the McClaureys and Clantons are buried from the OK Corral shooting!

I will show more pics after they go home. Next week are all my doctor's appointments, so I have some busy days ahead too....hope you are enjoying these beautiful Fall days....Talk to you soon!

Sounds like you had a wonderful time Cee! I'm leaving for Nashville, TN in the morning to meet up with the #2 son and his wife to spend a couple of days and then back home to spend a couple more days and go fishing. I know we're gonna have a good time too! And then I have doctor's appts. Oh well get the rewards first right? hehe

That looks like fun!! Never been there, but now would love to go!

I saw on Kim's blog you wanted the recipe for the quiche I served at the blogger brunch.

I have put the recipes for all of the quiche's on my blog under my recipe tab - enjoy!
