Blogging Break

Do you all wonder what is going on.....well, I wish I could really tell you.  If you follow my FB, you saw that I was hospitalized for a few days. Not fun at all!!  I have to go tomorrow morning for a liver biopsy again.  This is to get the type of tumor it is for DNA and see if a certain drug would it attack it better.  My cancer has gotten a little worse and frankly, we are confused as to what path to take.  No I do  not want to have the biopsy, but you do what you have to do.  In the meantime, we are preparing for hubby's knee replacement surgery next week.  Hopefully I will get through that before I have to start another chemo regimen.  The Lord is faithful, and I am depending on Him that we will climb above this.  I admit that this has me a bit stressed out.  I depend on my hubby so much with all my treatments, but now, he will have to depend on me.  So prayers are appreciated.

I will not be blogging for a while.  Frankly, I just cannot add it to the plate.  I do think about all my blog friends often and pray that your summer will be fantastic!  I am hopeful that I will be back to blogging soon in the future, but honestly, I just can't say.

Thank you for all the prayer and concern for me over the last  8 1/2 years.  Words will never tell you what it has meant to me and my husband.  Pray for a cure for cancer.  It is such a nasty thief!

Trust in the Lord with all your Heart and He will direct your path......

Joyfully,

Ceekay

I was just thinking about you and hoping that you were doing well. I agree with your thoughts on cancer and will definitely pray for a cure and also pray for your cure. You have continuously amazed me with your positive attitude despite all that you have gone through. Your husband is an inspiration with his loving support and I will keep him in my prayers too. Don't worry about blogging, just know that your many blogging friends love you and will be praying for you.

Praying in the mighty name of Jesus that every need and concern of your heart will be answered. You are a prayer warrior and a faithful sister and I know that He will carry you through your hubby's knee surgery and the decisions concerning your treatment. Now is the time also to call in the troops...those friends and family who offer help...take them all up on it! Much love to you...

Ceekay, bless your heart, you have a lot to deal with that needs your energy, so a blog break sounds in order. "For I will restore your health to you, and I will heal your wounds, says the Lord." Jeremiah 30:17

You are on my mind alot, Ceekay, and in my prayers, also. I hadn't seen a post for awhile, and I missed you, so I pulled up your blog about 5 min. ago, and sure enough, you are having issues again. Oh, how I hate this for you! You are such a sweet heart and I just hate that Satan can still have some say over us, such as using this horrible disease to discourage us and bring us grief. But if this is just another temporary bump in the road, life and family is worth it, right? I will continue to pray, and I really would seriously like to offer my assistance if there is anything I can do to help out during this time. I live in Ahwatukee, not sure where you live, but I would be glad to assist in any way I can. Just let me know, dear Ceekay. Prayers for your hubby too. God Bless, Judy

Oh dear, I am so sorry that things are taking a more difficult path for you, Ceekay. I've heard a lot of good things about the DNA testing and how the doctors are better able to pinpoint the exact chemo drug needed. I do so hope this works for you. Even though we have never met in person, you have been in my prayers every single morning since I found out about your challenges. I will continue to pray for you and for your hubby's speedy recovery.

It's beginning to heat up, so try to stay cool!

I woke up thinking of you this morning...praying things go well for you and your hubby. I know you are worn out...fighting cancer for so so long. I know they have come a long way in the treatment of cancer or else you wouldn't still be here....but we pray for more...and for a total cure.
I admire your strong faith...I know it is what's got you this far.
Love to you....
