A Beautiful Day!

My husband had the day off and we went garage sale-ing.  I found some Christmas decor...cuz you KNOW I NEEDED MORE!
This afternoon we went to a gorgeous wedding.  My friend Sally's daughter got married.  Oh, it was so pretty and the bride was stunning.  I was in LOVE with her dress.  She is the sweetest young woman.  I am so happy for her.

Pictures were taken on my husband's cell phone.

As I was leaving my friend told me she wanted me to have one of the centerpieces.  I was tickled....she made them herself, along with the bouquet.

Well, it is late, and I am tired from a full day.  Have a great weekend...enjoy the Lord's day and I will talk to you all next week!

I love weddings. I have one to go to on Nov. 5th and I can't wait!

I love hitting yard sales too! And a girl can't ever have too many Christmas decorations..it's just not possible. At least that's what I tell my hubby each time I bring more home!

Glad y'all had fun, did you find anything at the yard sales? The brides dress is amazing - love that ruffle look in the skirt. Lucky you, got that beautiful centerpiece, know you'll enjoy that. Thanks for sharing a fun day with us!

Ceekay- My husband would rather shoot himself in the foot than go garage saling with me!;>)

The bride is lovely and her gown is absolutely beautiful. I love all the layers to it.

That centerpiece is wonderful...are those REAL flowers..faux...or mixed-real and faux? They LOOK real and are gorgeous! xoDiana

I love the dress too, so romantic looking and her hair is beautiful. Lucky you to get a centerpiece.

I love to find bargains. I have way too many Fall items: 3 tubs full, much more than I can use but its fun to pick and choose what to put out and I don't mind adding something new if its a good buy....Christmas is the same although I gave my sister quite a lot of my older ornaments.
Hope you got some rest.
