Thursday evening my husband and I met at CB with Karen and her hubby. We had the best time just talking....
Then today I met Karen and we went shopping in downtown Glendale. Oh, we had fun.
We tried on clothes, jewelry, purses and looked at home decor to drool over!
Then Marty joined in the fun and we had lunch at the Spicery. We three have the best time getting caught up with each other and sharing life's stories.

Looks like you guys had fun! My grandma loves to go to the spicery. I have been there a few times. It's such a cute place to eat :)

Just found your blog through Marty...love her blog! It broke my heart when Karen decided not to continue her blog. Do you think she will reconsider? I am so sorry about your cancer...sure hope you are beating it. I recently had a terrible scare but joyfully and thankfully it turned out not to be what we feared. Now I'm off to check out your blog and I'm sure I'm going to love it. Sounds like we have a lot in common...grandma, decorating, decor magazines, etc. Come visit my blog sometimes...although I don't do too much posting about my decor.
