Bye Bye Birdie!

I FINALLY put my spring birdies to nest....and brought out some sea shore goodness!

Whenever I go on a trip by the ocean, I pick up a sea creature for my collection...

One of our cruising pictures..

Glittered starfish....mmm, makes me think of a certain blogger!!

One of my old cards from the cruise ship. Oh, I so need another cruise.
Have a great week my friends.....

Ceekay, take me with you! I need a cruise, too, although right now, you'd be convinced we are underwater in the amount of rain we are having. The sky is empying buckets.

Love all of your sea critters. Very, very cute.

XO,

Sheila :-)

I like the starfish and shells you are using to decorate for summer! I have happy memories of a cruise with my husband almost ten years ago. It was one of the happiest vacations we even had together.

So nice stopping by to visit with you!

Love it...so summery! (About the parakeets, I have 2 females, they get along great and are not fussy to care for at all!) :D

Happy Summer, Ceekay! I so enjoyed your seaside treasures....what a good idea for summer decorating! Also, I loved the lunch you had for your friends. I agree, it's so sad that it's hard to get your pals together....cuz that IS what's important! You did a wonderful job...the tablesetting was terrific..and the food looked awesome! LOVE your door wreaths!
That brand/designer is new to me, but I'm in love with them, too!

Hope all is well with you!!! L, Dana

This is such a refreshing change of pace, Ceekay! I've not done such seasonal switches for summer but I have lots of shells from living in FL. I'll have to try it!

Thanks for telling us about Black Friday...news to me.
Your girlfriend luncheon looks delightful & I sure wish we had a Costco near us. I could go for that quiche!!!

Ceekay- you are getting warm on my son's project!

Love your shells and sea things! It reminded me that I need to get my things out for summer- Marty gave me that lovely seashell ball she had made when we got together. Need to make a pretty summer "sea" scape! Ok- now just some time!

we have more company this weekend plus a Forgiveness and Reconciliation Training weekend so I don't think it will get done this week!
