The Wonderful Sound of Water

Meet anyone who has lived in AZ any length of time and they will tell you of their NEED for water. We want to see it, smell it, hear it. When we get a rainstorm, people open their doors or stand outside, just to hear the sound. Hey, if we get desperate enough, running the tub water can be exhilerating!!
Since I was born in Michigan with all its beautiful lakes...I really miss water. When I was shopping for a gift a few weeks ago I saw this gorgeous thing....well, you KNOW I had to have it.
Water and teacups all put together......hmmm, a bit of nervana!!!

Now, being the humble person that I am (!!!) I must say, I am quite please with these pictures.

I will be linking to Cindy's Romantic Home for Show and Tell and Laurie's Favorite Things...

Oh and by the way.....I see I am NOT the only one without ooomph.....I think I could do a linky to I Lost my Ooomph Day....it would be a success!!

What a wonderful piece. I am an Arizona native..When it rains here I get a sudden urge to run out into it and bask in all its glory. Oh and I love the idea of running a bath just to hear the water..lol :)

Ceekay, that's a very cute fountain you have there, and very clever! I think it has lots of ooomph! :-)

I am going to try to go find my ooomph by taking off a couple of days from my blog. Lots going on here. So I want to wish you a Happy Memorial Day now, and will see you in a few days. Just didn't want you to think I had run off with the shiny object I promised the participants in the drawing. I'll draw for that when I get back. Stay tuned...

XOXOXO,

Sheila :-)
