Where Debbie Creates - Met Monday

I have a friend at church that just did something so sweet for me. I wanted to thank her, but I couldn't go out shopping. So I took the pictures of her lovely craft room, had them developed and made a mini tag album for it.....so for Met Monday I am going from nothing to.....

I am so pleased with how it turned out. The tags were acrylic. I had never worked with that medium before...but I like it! And she loved it!

Used only items I had on hand.....which gives you a clue of how much I have "on hand"!

Will be at the oncologist Monday to see if I am handling the lesser dose better. I know I feel like I am handling this dose better.

Will I ever get caught up on my blogging????? Please, don't answer that!!! Ignorance IS really sometimes bliss!!

Hi, Ceekay! These tags are just adorable. You did a great job, and I know your friend will love them.

I've been MIA and am going to be gone again due to house projects, but I am thinking of you and praying that your chemo goes well.

Sending you warm hugs across the miles...

XO,

Sheila :-)

Wow Ceekay, you are so creative. I could never do anything like that. Your little book is just gorgeous. I know she had to be just thrilled to pieces. I am so glad that you are handling this medecine a lot better. We thought about you and mentioned you in prayer yesterday. You were truly missed. Hope to see you soon. Hugs, Marty

Ceekay, this is a beautiful project and such a thoughtful idea. I personally think handmade gifts such as this are more special than anything one cold buy. They are "priceless" gifts made by hand with a loving heart. I know your friend is going to be thrilled.

I've been out of touch of late. I hope things are going well for you. I think of you often and keep you in my prayers. Hope your spring is a cheerful one.

Wow, what a beautiful creative gift you made for your friend. I was really disappointed you couldn't be at the tea yesterday. I was looking forward to meeting you. Hopefully sometime in the future that will happen. I'm praying for you as you continue your treatments.
Hugs & blessings,
Charlotte
