Winter Cloche Party!

Today is the long awaited Winter cloche party at Marty's. I an very late in getting up my post, but see, I was with Marty yesterday. She came over and visited at my home and saw my cloches up close and personal! Then she took me to lunch at Mimi's for my birthday. I have some more lovely gifts to show, but since I am already late, I will do that another day! I kept my Valentine's up so Marty could see, so that is how I will show my cloches today! Valentines are being packed up today in fact...and on to spring!

These little tins are a set of three my mom gave me when I was about 12.

Sweet little heart shaped cup and saucer.

Love goblets and a bow and tag from Heidi last year...

Don't you just love old flower frogs??

Old valentines my parents sent each other.

Just some keepsakes of love momentos....

Little heart under glass...

What a wonderful birthday I had....all of your precious good wishes. Some of you even sent me real cards!! Thank you....

We are busy with my parents....moving them in soon...so I'm cleaning out closets and little piles here and there! But I'm never to busy to visit you! Have a wonderful day!

Oh CeeKay...
It was your birthday? You didn't tell me that. Happy Birthday Sweetie. I am so tickled that Marty took you to MiMi's and you had a wonderful time.

I love all your little cloches. You are doing better than me, as I did not get mine even changed out and posted. I am so slow of late. I just have not been up to speed.

Not sure what the problem is. I keep on pushing.

I pray you are doing well. I think of you every day when I say my prayers. You are always there CeeKay.

Have a beautiful day and please know that you are so loved. Country hugs...Sherry

Happy Birthday Ceekay- know how special this day especially since you got to celebrate it with Marty!! How fun! Still remember fondly our visit with Marty when I was there in Nov. You gals are just the sweetest!

Sorry I haven't been around much- we have been so busy ministry wise then I am trying to take the wallpaper off in my dining room which is causing some back issues- darn it. DH and I are heading to Pueblo this morning as we don't have anything going till tonight - I think some scaffolding might help the back issue so it will be an early Mother's Day present!

Your cloches look wonderful! Boy hasn't Marty started something in blogland with the cloche party!!

Ceekay, your cloches are all just so pretty in person, every detail is just precious. That really tiny little cloche is the most precious of all. I had such a great time yesterday, your house is just fabulous and you know how much I drooled over all of your wonderful antiques and the way you have them displayed. So pretty. Your Valentine's tablescape was so stunning. I just loved it. Lunch was such a fun time and then shopping was a blast. See, I really needed you to help me with the lamp and jar delima. You are a doll. Thanks for a fun day. Hugs, Marty

REAL CARDS! How funny is that?
I hope you had a wonderful, wonderful day! I was thinkin'bout'cha!
I think it is so awesome that you have Valentines that your parents sent each other. That would truly be amazing. I do have a few cards my parents exchanged, they are in that scrapbook I found in my hope chest a few months back. I still think it's funny that my Mom snuck that in there - and put it ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM! Here I had been mourning it... only to come to find I had it all along.
Your Valentines displays are so pretty - so personal. I love it all!
And I missed Marty's party! See what happens when you go AWOL painting for a few days?
See you soon! Hugs! Me.

Hello Ceekay,
You have so many lovely cloches. I don't own a single one... but I will keep a looksee out this summer at sales for one.. then I can join in on the fun. Love the vlaentines of your parent's . As I get older I save many things.. like cards and such. I think I am going to want to go through them in my old age. God willing. You called that a frog flower holder... thank you! I have never know what they were called and I thought they were for cards. Ha!
Hope you are well and happy.
Blessings always!
Gwen
