Silver Sunday #6

I am a little sad here. Our first round of Silver Sunday is drawing to a close. Probably a good thing in a way...as I am out of silver polish and will have to get more before our next meeting. I want to thank Beth at Gypsy Fish for such a fun meme. And the funnest thing I believe for me is that so many of the ladies visited and left comments. We all found out just how much we love that shiney...or maybe tarnished silver!!

My hubby bought this for me last fall at CB. The handle and the knife are silver. Too cute to use I say...so I leave it in the plate stand on the counter!

These are my sweet Valentine envelopes that Sherry and I made on our craft day...they look so pretty in my big Silver tray. This is another wedding gift....that was stashed away!

I use this little sugar and creamer all the time. It is from Pottery Barn and I just thought it was so cute a few Christmas' ago, that I treated myself! I love how it stacks.

I KNOW I saw so many of these cake servers on the blogs...and I knew I had one and ta da...I finally found it! But it doesn't say Merry Christmas.

I got these 2 sweet spoons at an estate sale for 50 cents each. I was hoping that one would work in that Mustard jar...but nope, too big!

This was the BEST find of the estate sale. This precious baby spoon and fork. Candy found it and I was so excited because it is either the pattern or very close to the pattern of my Grandma's everyday silverware. These are treasures!

Honestly, I do have a few more things that I could show, but I will save them for our next party! Until then...happy Silver Hunting!!

Again you were able to pull out some silver pieces after thinking you didn't have much to share!! You could fill up an entire china cabinet!! I really love everything, Ceekay. The sugar and creamer from Pottery Barn is so neat how it stacks...great for a buffet. And the baby spoon and fork tugged at my heart!!

Wonderful pieces, my lady friend! :-)

Hi CeeKay Sweetie...
Oh my goodness everything looks so beautiful. You have tons of silver. It is everywhere I looked. I love this little baby spoon and fork, they were just the best.

Your tray you got for your wedding is so beautiful, and our love letters look so pretty on them. I have mine laying on the hall table inside the front door. I love looking at them, and smile and think of the fun we had that day.

We will have to do another one soon. I so enjoyed myself. I will give you a call this week and maybe the end of this month or the first of March we will do another.

I pray you are feeling okay sweetie. I think of you and pray for you each day. I pray for good health and happiness. God Bless you my sweet friend.

Country hugs and so much love...Sherry

How I love the envelops you and Sherry made! It's so super that you two can get together for "craft day". Wish I didn't live so far away, cuz I'd just have to crash your craft party! :)
