I heard about WLW when I was just setting up my blog so I've been using it since Day 1. My favorite part is how easy it is to load photos and all the photo editing/display options. I even have it set up to put the watermark on my photos for me automatically, which is a great time saver.
Ooops. On closer examination, I see you already found the watermark tool! :)
