My Winter Display

I am linking up this post to the new meme of Tabletop Tuesday at Grits and Glamour. This should be a fun weekly event and I am anxious to see all the tabletops.

Hello everyone! I hope many of you are getting over the colds and flus that seem to be going around.  I finally got the house back in order from the holiday decorating and thought I would share a few pictures.
We don't have snow here in AZ, so I felt like going neutrals and whites for a bit...my idea of Winter!

I am trying to use this new way of posting, but I can tell you right now, I am going back to my old way!

I liked the way the cloches all together on the Buffet looked so I just added some of my white pitchers and a Snowbaby from years ago!

I will be joining Friday Show and Tell at Cindy's Romantic Home.

Oh Ceekay, your vignettes are just wonderful. I love them. Now you knew that I would just drool over the table with all the cloches and the pitchers. That is just wonderful. I love it all. Check out my post, Barb is having a new meme on Tues featuring Tabletop Vignettes. You should enter these in her meme. Also Kathysue has gone public with her blog. You really need to read some of her beginning posts. Very interesting. Hope you are doing well. Let's get together, maybe next week if you can. Also, did you go to the new Hospice Thrift store yet? Hugs, Marty

Your home is so pretty, Ceekay. I noticed you have the Snowbabies under the cloche and thought you might have left them out from your Christmas decor. I love snowmen and it is hard to pack them up each year!

Love the white in your pitchers and the pretty vignettes. Fabulous job!

I love all your creams. Love the pitcher in the apothacary. What a unique idea. Haven't tried that one yet.. We're snowed in, zero temps and snowing. they say tomorrow is suppose to be colder yet. I'm having a ball playing inside and running back and forth to the computer..lol.. hugs ~lynne~

So pretty Ceekay. My scrabble set is just that plain old cheap-looking wood. I've never seen one in white. I'm going to have to find me one of those white Scrabble sets to use for decor, and we can play the game with the other set. You had your own cloche party today, and I enjoyed it. I think you were doing cloches before I even knew what they were, and you always do them beautifully. laurie

I think your blog looks beautiful with its new dress - just as beautiful as your winter decor. I just can't get into it, as I haven't done any new vignettes since I took the Christmas down. Every table top is just bare - thanks for your inspiration. Maybe I'll get with it now. Sally

Great winter decor Ceekay! I finally got most of the Christmas put away and have been dumbfounded on what do to with my table vignettes- maybe the stuffy head thing is interfering with my creativity- I hope it will start flowing soon! (the creativity not the nose!)

Your display look wonderful! Nice winter colors. But I have to tell ya - if you travel a bitin AZ you'll run across some snow.
The WORST snow storm I have ever exerienced in my life was right there in AZ. I should have paid more attention in Geography class. LOL

Hi Ceekay,
To answer your question, I got the 1997 Detroit News when I lived in Michigan. I was born and raised there and moved to NC in 1999.
