Just a Little Craft!

I have been seeing these sweet match boxes redone in Blogland. Actually, there is a swap that I did not get in fast enough...but I thought they were so cute, I would try my hand at them for my own enjoyment. I love how it turned out. I have no idea if I did it the way you are suppose to, but I did the best I could. I will definately will be making more of these. I didn't fill it with anything yet.

You know me and my creams, whites, and blacks....
I love this toile paper.
This little flower is on the front of the "drawer"
I lined the inside with paper also.

It is a very simple project...just a little time consuming to get the right size of papers....

Friday, Sherry from Country Wings in Phoenix is coming over for a craft day. We have tried to get together, so hopefully, this time it will work! I am very excited about it.

Did a little shopping for Valentines Day this week, so I have some cute things to show in the coming weeks. Hope you are all having a great week. Thanks for all the comments on my Silver last week. That was so exciting to hear from everyone!!

Ceekay, this is just gorgeous and so sweet with the flowers, lace and the pretty toile. These are so small, I don't have the patience for that. You did a fabulous job. I just love it. Hugs, Marty

Ceekay, I just love how you decorated your matchbox. It's so sweet. I'm not sure I would have the patience to work with something so small, so here's to you.

I'm jealous that you get to be with Sherry for real. She is just the sweetest person ever. I adore her. So take some photos so we can see you two together.

This is so wonderful. Question do you just buy the matchboxes and just dump the matches out?

Good job. I love doing little crafts. I'm working on a big one for my niece right now, for the new baby. I have time to work on it. I'm also working on my Valentine swap and a few other projects. My Valentines Day decor is SPARSE at best CeeKay but I'll send you pictures. I just haven't had time to go out and hunt for the finishing touches. But I did a cute little wreath/heart yesterday that ended up really cute.
off to class . . .
Hugs!

Good Morning CeeKay...
Sweetie I had the best time yesterday. I didn't get a chance yet to start my little box. That is on my agenda today. I can't wait to start it. In pinks it will be precious. Thank you for sharing.

I had such a beautiful time yesterday, crafting, laughing and sharing. So much fun. You are such a beautiful lady, and your heart so pure and true. You are such a treasure. I wish we had asked Leonard to take our picture together darn it. Next time for sure. Home Goods and Hobby Lobby are calling me for sure.

Have a beautiful day today sweetie. Again thank you. What a treasured memory to have and to hold forever. Thank you.

Country hugs and so much love...Sherry
