I hope that all of you are all ready to get back into the "routine" after all the holidays. They are wonderful, but tiring. My house is ALMOST back to Normal.
My husband surprised me with a Christmas gift that I have never had before. I could not figure out what that little box was under the tree....It was about the size of a camera box...but my camera is not really that old.

Can you figure out what it is?

The top is like a picture frame - you could put a person's picture in there, but he chose to put in my initial....which of course, I loved!

It is a music box. It plays "You Light Up My Life". I KNOW....isn't that sweet?

I got some other gifts from him...one a beautiful diamond accented Key necklace...but my favorite this year, is definately this music box.

Oh CeeKay Sweetie...
How beautiful is that? A music box just for you. Now you can play it anytime you want and be reminded of the life that you light up. I absolutely love this present. It is so delicate and the wood is so beautiful. The workmanship is fabulous, so intricate. I love it.

Thank you for sharing with me sweetie. I just love it. I can hardly wait for Saturday. We still need to decide on what craft we would like to do. I need to start shopping at Michaels to get what supplies we need.

Hope you had a beautiful New Year's Day sweetie.

Country hugs and much love, Sherry

Ceekay what a precious gift from you Hubby! I would think that would be my favorite gift too!

We didn't buy for each other this year and you know what? It was ok. I think gifts is one of my love languages as I LOVE GIving and receiving gifts. But I think Jesus must be doing a work in me as I believe I enjoyed the season just as much as with all the gifts that might have been.- That probably makes no sense at all but it somehow does to me!!

I am sure you hubby is so thankful for the gift you you this year with all that has been going on in your life.

CeeKay - you are just the sweetest thing. I think it is so very wonderful that he gave you such a special gift! In looking back, I don't recall having a music box . . . there is a memory of something way back but it is foggy and would need some prodding to come alive again.
I'm glad to see you have begun the other blog. I'm going to go pop over there now.
I am so grateful to have found you, let alone got to hug you in person! We will do it again soon!
Love you tons! Hugs. Karen
