Rose Wednesday #2

Today is Rose Wednesday at Jan and Tom's Rose Haven. I have two items today to share with you. The first is a little bowl that I have had for many years. It is just decorative and about 4 inches in size. I love the way the Roses are in a cluster inside the bowl. This sewing drawer was a precious gift from Celestina. She surprised me with it before Christmas. It has adorable snowmen painted on one side and the soft pink roses on the other, so I can use it year round. Celestina is a very talented artist and I just always am amazed at the wonderful items she paints.

My husband and I stopped and picked up a few grocery items. I saw the little heart cake and had to get it. See the pink roses on the top?

Don't forget to visit the other bloggers who are posting for Rose Wednesday. Have a great week!

Hi Ceekay, Oh my gosh the rose bowl is simply gorgeous. I love it. The cake looks so delish. I'll be right over. LOL!!
You are so sweet to show the old sewing drawer. You know, I nearly forgot that I added roses to the back so you could keep it out. I guess I am so busy, and paint so much, I forget. Glad you are enjoying it.

Your Valentine decor is very inviting and so well set. I need to do better with my heart decorating, but I do have candy displayed on the kitchen counter. Well, it may not make it the whole week, then I'll have nothing. LOL!!
Big Hugs, Celestina Marie

Lots of pretty roses! Are those
3-D roses in the dish? The sewing drawer is beautiful, good idea to do two different scenes on either side. Neat cake, let's eat!
